ORIGIN:
Frinsa Estate was founded by Wildan Mustofa, his wife Atieq Mustikaningtyas Wildan and their son Fikri in Bandung, south of Jakarta, on the island of Java. This lot comes from the "Collective' at the estate, which collects coffee from selected neighbouring producers for processing and milling. The collective focuses on experimental processing and separating out single variety lots. Wildan oversees the agricultural and processing , while Atieq handles contracts, and Fikri does the cupping. This is a low oxygen process, meaning fresh cherries are sealed for fermentation, resulting in a wildly fruit forward cup.

FLAVOUR:
To compliment all our returning producers on the menu, I wanted to bring in a couple of fun offers from less represented origins, like Papua New Guinea and Java. And wow, is this one ever fun! The combination of low oxygen processing with the unique regional Andungasari, Bor Bor, Katrika and Ateng varieties, the cup is equally vibrant and earthy. It mixes heavy caramels with bright fruity spice, think molasses meets persimmon. Juicy and bright, it really reminds me of those not actually juice “beverages” or "drinks", think Tahiti Treat or Hawaiian Punch!
