Want to drink what Lee is drinking every month? Our brewing subscription will send an ever-changing curation of different fresh crop coffees straight to your door!
At Quietly, we love the diversity and variety possible with fresh, seasonal coffee. The subscription is a great way to experience all those unique flavours associated with different countries, regions, varietals, fermentations and processing methods.
The only constant will be our roasting approach. It will always showcase the sweet, juicy, and clean flavours that are only possible with well-sourced coffee from talented and skilled farmers and producers. Perfect for all forms of filter, french press, areopress or pour-over brews.
This brewing subscription is not recommended for espresso use - try Allie & Lennie, Magnolia or Shady Lane for the best tasting shots!
For the brewing subscription, you receive two different 340g bags selected by our roaster. If that is not enough coffee to get you through the month, you can select four bags (two of each of the 340g monthly selections). Pick the plan that works best for your brewing needs and then relax knowing your morning coffee will always be covered.
The subscription cost includes free shipping across Canada! We aim to roast on the 4th of the month (if it falls on a weekend, its typically the Monday following), so you can expect your coffee to be packed and shipped shortly after roasting.
Given the limitations of our scale (our wonderful Probat can only handle so many pounds per hour and we can only pack so many bags in a day), there is a limited number of subscription spots available. Every month, there is turn-over so be sure to check back if we are sold out - new spots are always opening up!
